Installing Personality is the system screen everyone’s running — progress bar parked at 99%, the warning label doing its best (DO NOT TURN OFF THE HUMAN), and the only honest time estimate ever printed: FOREVER. The last 1% is character development, and character development doesn’t ship on schedule. You’re not unfinished. You’re in rollout.
Pick your install environment: on Ink Black, the bar glows bone-and-orange like an update running overnight. On Bone White, it’s the daylight progress report — ink type, same stubborn 99%. Both versions fully stable. Mostly.
The one component that shipped complete: 240 GSM combed cotton — weighed, verified, installed at 100% from the factory. Oversized drop-shoulder cut for every body, tagless printed label, pre-shrunk bio-washed fabric, print tested twenty washes deep. The personality may buffer; the shirt is done loading.
